This policy explains what information Tisko Tech (“we”, “us”) collects when you use tiskotech.com, why we collect it, and what rights you have over it.

What we collect

Information you give us

When you email or call us, we receive whatever you choose to send: typically your name, email address, phone number, company, and the details of your inquiry. We use it to respond and, if we work together, to deliver the engagement.

Information collected automatically

Our web host records standard server logs — IP address, browser type, pages requested, and timestamps. This is used for security and to keep the site working. We do not use these logs to build a profile of you.

Cookies

This site uses only cookies that are strictly necessary for it to function, plus any set by our caching software to serve pages faster. We run no analytics, no advertising cookies, and no cross-site tracking of any kind. If we add analytics in future, this policy will be updated first and consent obtained where the law requires it.

Why we process your information

• To respond to inquiries — because you asked us to.
• To perform a contract — where we are delivering services to you.
• Legitimate interests — keeping the site secure and available, and maintaining business records.
• Legal obligation — where we must retain records to comply with law.

Who we share it with

We do not sell personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate — web hosting and email delivery — and only to the extent they need it to provide that service. We may also disclose information where required by law.

Client data in AI engagements

Where an engagement involves your business data — for example deploying Nesa or ECHO against your systems — that data is governed by the written agreement for that engagement, not by this website policy. Our standard approach is role-scoped access, full audit logging, and processing only for the purposes you have authorized. Ask us for the specifics before any data is shared.

How long we keep it

Enquiry correspondence is retained while there is an active conversation and for a reasonable period afterwards. Records relating to an engagement are kept for as long as needed to deliver it and to meet legal and accounting obligations. Server logs are rotated on our host’s standard schedule.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, object to or restrict how we use it, receive a copy in a portable format, and withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. Residents of California, the EU, and the UK have specific statutory rights in these areas.

To exercise any of these, email ai@tiskotech.com. We will respond within the timeframe the applicable law requires. We will not discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS, kept current with security updates, and collects no data through web forms. Access to systems holding personal information is restricted and logged. No system is perfectly secure, but security is designed in rather than added afterwards.

Children

This site is intended for businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of the page. Material changes will be made clear on the site.
